After years of working alongside her brother in their family's second-generation Mexican restaurant, Susie realized her true dream was to open a place of her own. In 2014, that dream became a reality when Susie and her three sisters: Mary, Olga, and Esmeralda opened Susie’s Mexican Grill inside the Hanover Markets.  Susie's specialized in both Mexican cuisine and custom cakes.  After eleven successful years, the Markets of Hanover closed.
